Inventory Purchase Program |
- Inventory Purchase Program.
- Application. Approved members of the Retailer Network must opt-in for the Inventory Purchase Program via the GoCollect Retailer Website to become a "Participating Retailer". You will be given a choice to receive communications via email or fax. There is no obligation and You may opt-out of the Inventory Purchase Program at any time. GoCollect reserves the right to reject Retailers from the Inventory Purchase Program at any time with or without cause, in GoCollect's sole discretion.
- Participation. GoCollect will send Participating Retailers a spreadsheet list of desired products for purchase via email or fax two (2) times weekly. Upon receipt of the inventory request list, Participating Retailers shall follow the instructions provided to communicate the quantities and wholesale prices for any products available to GoCollect and send it back to GoCollect "Matches". All Matches must be brand new, in the original box with the original paperwork. Sending GoCollect a spreadsheet of your Matches does not guarantee that GoCollect will purchase all, or any, of your Matches. If GoCollect desires to purchase some or all of the Matches in the list, GoCollect will then provide Participating Retailers a purchase order and packing slip for desired Matches. Participating Retailers must confirm the purchase order with GoCollect before shipping any merchandise to GoCollect. Failure to do so will result in refusal of shipment, loss of merchandise and/or non-payment for shipment. Once Matches are confirmed, GoCollect will arrange payment for Matches via a mutually approved method, and Participating Retailer shall then ship the merchandise to GoCollect as directed. GoCollect, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse, accept, or return any damaged, incorrectly shipped, or extra merchandise shipped by Participating Retailers.
- Term of the Agreement. The term of this Agreement will begin upon the day that You become a Participating Retailer and will end when terminated by either party. Either You or GoCollect may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice by regular mail or email of termination.
- The provisions of the GoCollect Retailer Network Operating Agreement are not inconsistent herewith are incorporated by reference and shall govern this Appendix where not inconsistent herewith.
