Gene Announces First Retirement

"Jesus Loves Me"

As stated previously Mr. Freedman will announce one figurine retirement for a total of 25 retirements during his tour. On January 25, 2003 Mr. Freedman announced the first retirement.

"As you may know, retirement is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon a Precious MomentsŪ figurine. I am pleased to announce that effective January 25, 2003, 'Jesus Loves Me' (#E1372G), introduced in 1978, will be retired from the Precious Moments collection." - Gene Freedman
