How do I place an order & use the shopping cart?
Following are the basic steps to making a purchase on GoCollect.com. You will have the option to "Continue" or "Cancel" throughout the process.
- As you move through our online catalog, select an item you wish to purchase.
- This will bring you to a more detailed product description and availability information, at which point you may click the "Buy Now" button to continue the ordering process.
This button will not be shown if the item is not available currently. As you add an item, you will be shown your shopping cart and its contents.
- At the Shopping Cart you may view your selected products, delete items, or change quantities, and then move either to the checkout or continue shopping.
Saving Items
If you prefer to wait until another day to buy some of the items in your Shopping Cart, you may leave the shopping cart section or GoCollect.com entirely. The Shopping Cart automatically saves its contents. To later access your shopping cart, click on the words "Shopping Cart" at the very top of every GoCollect.com page.
Changing Item Quantities
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Qty" box. Then click the "Update Quantity" button at the bottom of your list of Shopping Cart items to confirm any changes.
Deleting Items
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, click the "Remove Item" button that appears to the extreme right of any item in your Shopping Cart. Then click the "Update Quantity" button to see the changes in your Shopping Cart.
- If you continue to the check out and you have not logged in or become a member yet, you will be taken to the appropriate screen to do so. At this point, login if you are already a registered user or register for the first time as a user. Once you click on "Continue" from this page, you will be moving on to the GoCollect.com Secure Server (see our Security Guarantee for more information).
- Enter or verify your shipping address and select shipping and gift wrap options. Click "Continue" to the next phase of the checkout process.
- Review the order totals here and enter your credit card number and billing address. Click "Complete Checkout" to finish the last phase of the checkout process. Note: The billing address must match the billing address for the credit card you are using to make this purchase. If it does not match the order will not be processed.
- Once confirmed, a message will appear on your screen stating that your order has been entered successfully. A summary of your purchases will be given. You will also receive e-mail confirmation.
