How can I track my order?
To track your order, simply click on the "Your Account" button at the top of the GoCollect.com website. Follow the link to "Check My Orders," or log in with your GoCollect username and password if you are not currently logged in.
A tracking number will be provided in the status column if your order has shipped by United Parcel Service. Otherwise, the current status will be noted for each of your order numbers.
If your order was shipped via U.S. Postal Service, there will not be a link to track your shipment. International shipments are sent via DHL Worldwide Express and also do not have tracking codes.
